Description
In this advanced Hatha sequence, you will challenge yourself physically and mentally. First, begin with comprehensive warm-ups to stretch out your joints and prepare your body for advanced postures. Master Keshav then guide you into poses such as front split, mermaid pose, bird of paradise and fallen angel pose.
Modifications are given for your options. Move mindfully with conscious breathing and observe your body in challenging transitions and holds. Be patient and develop strength, flexibility and stability in your practice progressively.
