Description
Yin yoga is an ancient approach to transporting raw, life-giving energy throughout the body that will leave you feeling relaxed and relieved.
This class is a slow-paced yin yoga practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Begins with relaxing neck and shoulder movements, gentle twisting. This class focuses on mindfully stretching the body with breaths. You will stay hip opening poses like butterfly pose, lizard pose. You will gently stretch your connective tissues and utilize postures that give pressure on the meridians causing a natural relief of the hips, pelvis, and spine.
You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the practice.
