Description
This class features a sequence of advanced hatha yoga postures for different levels of practitioners to deepen the practice with consciousness.
Begin with breathing exercises and comprehensive warm-ups of forward bending, backward bending, twisting poses, before going into more challenging poses. You will then be guided into various leg balancing poses that build strength and stability. Modifications are given to practice safely and progressively by understanding own body limitations.
You will enjoy the process of discovering the limitations of your body and expanding your awareness in your practice.
