Description
This hatha-based sequence focuses on reclaiming balance through various strengthening and stretching poses. Suitable for regular practitioners.
Begin with spine-lengthening poses and dynamic movements to increase circulation. You will practice the tiger pose, shoulder stand, and plough pose to increase your spine's flexibility; as well as the lifting lotus pose to strengthen your arms. Conclude with cooling breathing exercise to balance the flow of energy through the body and mind.
You will regain a degree of physical and mental balance after the practice.
