本課節Patsy老師會帶領大家練習不同的呼吸法和唱聲。
透過呼吸練習,可以增強循環,把養分帶到身體每一個部份,亦能舒緩痛症,幫助身體療癒。唱聲不但能平靜心神、放鬆身心,還可以平衡神經系統,有效地減低壓力,抒解焦慮、憂鬱。
在練習過程當中,建議你有意識地觀察自己的一呼一吸,好好享受。
