This session features a power flow that focuses on your arms, legs, and core muscles. Breathing is emphasized throughout the practice to improve cardiovascular health.
Flow through mountain pose, plank, low plank, upward-facing and downward-facing dog pose. Incorporate with side plank, wild thing pose, warrior I, then balancing poses like one-legged standing, chair twisting, triangle pose and warrior III.
