Description
This class is a therapeutic yin yoga practice that combines yoga movements with guided breathing. Suitable for all levels.
This class focuses on all joints movements, stretching the deep connective tissues between muscles, especially in the hip region. Poses such as firelock, butterfly, pigeon and lizard pose helps to release tightness in hip joint area, increase circulation and improve flexibility, release tension physically and mentally. You will also practise shoulders and chest opening poses that are vital for heart health, and increasing breathing capacity. Guided breathing are emphasised along the practice for better outcome.
After the practice, you will feel lighter and refreshed.
