Description
This power yoga sequence features a great flow to strengthen the entire body. Suitable for all levels.
Begin with stretching and a warm-up of the entire body, followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow from plant to chaturanga, to cobra and downward facing dog, to activate muscles. Continue with balancing poses that involve twisting, backward and forward bending variations, such as the side plank, high lunge, warrior III, and wild thing poses, which help improve body coordination and build strength and endurance. The class concludes with stretches and relaxation.
