Description
This session features a combination of breath and arm movements, aiming to increase circulation and to enhance chest and shoulders mobility.
Start with stretching the arms forward and up from the waist with breaths, followed by pavanamuktasana to open the chest and shoulders; twined arm pose to stretch the upper back. These are some simple postures to improve upper torso flexibility and to relieve neck and back tension.
