Description
This class is a slow-paced yin yoga practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to more vigorous yoga practices and activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. Suitable for all levels.
This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues between the muscles of the lower part of the body: the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Hip opening poses such as firelock, butterfly, pigeon and lizard poses help release tightness in the hip joint area and remove energy blockage.
You will feel relaxed and relieved after the practice.
