Description
This hatha-based class focuses on spinal movements and energy awakening. Suitable for all levels.
Begin with mindful breathing, seated lateral stretching, and a sequence of spine-lengthening movements. You will then flow through the downward facing dog, plank, and upward facing dog poses. Continue with standing and strengthening poses like the triangle, warrior, and extended side angle poses. The class ends with a spinal stretch, a shoulder stand, and gentle twisting poses.
During this class, you will learn how to feel from your spine and centre.
