Description
This hatha-based class focuses on a sequence of warrior variations. Suitable for all levels.
This class begins with body and breath awareness exercises, and gentle spinal stretching poses. You will be guided into warrior variations, and learn to practice the bow pose and dancer pose. Detox your mind and body from negativity during the practice. Open the meridians in your body and cleanse it from fear, anger, guilt, and resentment, and start opening up your heart.
This session will guide you toward becoming a warrior physically and mentally. You will learn to be calm and perceptive, ever-ready for whatever life brings.
