Description
Bound Legs Fish Pose is a variation of Fish Pose with legs in butterfly pose. This pose shares the same benefits as the classic fish pose, which stretches the front side of the body, the neck, throat, chest, abdomen, which helps to stimulate the respiratory and abdominal organs; as well as strengthens the back. Legs in butterfly pose improves hip flexibility.
Preparations for the pose can practice the fish pose and butterfly pose separately.
Modifications for the pose are blocks supported fish pose or extending the legs forward without bending the knees.
Variations can proceed by putting the legs in a lotus pose or raising both arms up pointing towards the ceiling.
