Description
Side Stretch Pose is a standing lateral stretch pose with both arms over the head. This pose stretches the side obliques, stimulates the spinal nerves and balances the nervous system.
Preparations for the pose include gentle lateral stretching poses, neck, shoulder and hip warm-ups.
This pose can be modified with one hand on the side waist or on the leg for support. Wall support can be used.
